Pre-Production Status

Conservative Representation of Progress

GarrisonOS is currently in active pre-production prototyping (Alpha v0.1.0-alpha). While foundational architectural engines (zero runtime dependencies, double-entry ledger proofs, multi-operator isolation, and SQLite WAL persistence) have been implemented and validated against developer test suites, the overall platform remains experimental. It is not currently certified or recommended for production property operations. We encourage developers, operators, and evaluators to test in isolated sandbox environments.

Phase 1: Core Engine & Architecture

Zero-dependency Node.js HTTP/router engine, topological database migration runner, cryptographic session token versioning, and AsyncLocalStorage operator context tracking.

Append-only double-entry general ledger, statutory trust account segregation (1010 vs 1020/2100), 3-tier governance, and 4-tier asset modeling (Portfolios → Properties → Buildings → Units).

Universal polymorphic document attachments, in-engine media sanitizer (EXIF stripping, executable PDF script neutralization), and live administrative process telemetry.

Phase 4: Operational Workflows & Client Accounting

Threaded entity conversations, preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor trade dispatching, owner capital contributions, and automated management fee calculation.

Target Milestone

Phase 5: Foundational Alpha Prototype

Zero-dependency PDF check printing, initial public tenant portal prototype on subdomain (portal.<domain>), and turnkey packaging for simplified evaluation.
